I am familiar with and have used Windows (XP and 7), Mac OS X and various Unix type OSes (Linux, FreeBSD, etc).
I am also familiar with several types of hardware and software.

Rates:
$25 per hr with a minimum of one hour
"My professional charges are upon a fixed scale. I do not vary them, save when I remit them altogether"
That basically means that my fees are set unless I decide not to charge them for some reason.
